We seek to provide current effective treatment methods for trauma and mental health concerns. Although there are many differing thoughts on what classifies as trauma, as far as the brain is concerned trauma is overwhelming material that the brain was unable to process at the time. We make every effort to stay up to date on all trauma research and modalities to give the best understanding possible for ease of healing. We seek to help clients understand why their body and mind do the things they do and how to find peace. We introduce brain and body functioning in an understandable way that fosters hope for change.
As part of the goal of overcoming the obstacles that have hindered past progress, we offer the program free of charge. In addition, to deal with scheduling issues, times of contact are varied and change as the needs of our clientele change. (We plan to offer more time options as the program grows). Extensive time is available in order to foster the daily change necessary for developing deeper roots.
Example Program:
Each participant will have the opportunity to log symptoms and plan individual treatment goals with items they can work on on their own and additional modalities that are most beneficial to each client that can be utilized during open program times. The program goals and times will be tailored to the individual needs of the client. A primary mentor will be assigned if desired that will connect with you on a weekly basis to help with encouragement and accountability.
Modality options include creative arts, somatic skills, podcasts and book studies with journaling and application, Bible studies, cognitive/behavioral work, and numerous technical devices including Brain Tap, tapping, neurofeedback, vibration plate, vagus nerve stimulation, and tuning forks. We also seek to collaborate with practitioners in the community and refer for their services at donated or reduced rates as available. The program is overseen by a Licensed Psychologist but is primarily led by mentors.

Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible is God's inspired word and is useful for each generation. We believe in the Trinity, that God exists Three-in-One as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, working together from creation until this day. We believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, died for our sins, was buried, and that He rose again on the third day. We believe that Jesus is the Messiah, that He is equal with God yet humbled himself to the point of death, and that every knee will one day bow to Him and declare Him LORD.
We believe in God's love and desire to help all. Clients do not need to align with our beliefs, only be aware of our Christian basis and not oppositional to those beliefs.
